Companions for conscious participation.

Not every meaningful encounter with this work needs to happen in a session, gathering, or retreat.

Sometimes language helps us recognize what we are experiencing. A question creates space to pause. A practice offers something to return to in the middle of an ordinary day.

The resources gathered here support awareness, reflection, embodiment, and a more compassionate relationship with what is true.

They are not instructions for mastering life. They are invitations to remain in conversation with it.

Feelings Check

A compassionate guide to meeting what you feel

Feelings Check is a practical invitation to pause, notice, and become curious about what you are feeling.

Rather than dividing emotions into good and bad—or treating difficult feelings as something to overcome—the book offers language for meeting them with greater compassion, understanding, and choice.

A new edition is taking shape, bringing deeper attention to the relationships among emotions, protective strategies, embodied experience, and conscious choice.

It is designed to be opened, explored, and returned to—not necessarily read once and placed on a shelf.

Something to return to.

These resources do not hold the answer for you. They offer language, companionship, and enough space to hear yourself more clearly.

In the Conversation

Some ideas arrive as questions. Others emerge through experience, relationship, or the slow recognition that something within us has changed.

In the Conversation is a collection of reflections, practices, and invitations from the evolving work of Conscious Participation™.

These pieces are not offered as final answers. They are places to pause, notice, and consider what life may be asking you to meet.

Stay in the Conversation

New reflections, resources, and invitations are shared as they take shape. There is no prescribed pace and no need to keep up. You are welcome to enter the conversation wherever something meets you.
